With reference to your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, our refund policy is as follows:
Skincare chemistry varies from person to person, Redhelm Organics cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, please read our ingredients list carefully prior to your purchase or contact us directly for further information.If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test any skincare product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using.
Items purchased in a stockist retail store, or specialty online retailer elsewhere should be returned to their original point of purchase.
Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including, but not limited to, shipping discounts.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
For returns covered by the Australian Consumer Act, we offer either a refund, exchange of goods or credit note. Refunds will be processed through the same form that you originally paid for it. We do not refund shipping costs. Due to the nature of our products being perishable goods, our returns policy is only valid within 21 days of purchase, in most instances, we will not be able to accept return requests made outside of this period.
All claims will be honoured at the discretion of Redhelm Organics, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims in circumstances where the policy is being manipulated or abused.
